Cotton cloth sheets written in pen and stacked on a wooden frame and cotton cloth base, all secured by a thread passed through the cloth and sheets with a sewing needle
The writings and drawings match to the series of memos, diary pages or thoughts I have accumulate over the years in scattered sheets and which I have traced here on canvas with carbon paper. Each sheet contains one or two memories and is stacked in chronological order, from 2010 to 2021. It is a work designed to progress over time. The more memories are accumulated, the more the stack of canvases is raised by threading new ones with the needle and the thread that remains at the top of the stack.
The publicis invited to loosen the thread and flip through the canvases as they wish.
