Each square contains a sexist phrase, the result of the feedback received by asking the question: "What were the sentences that were addressed to you, that you perceived as sexist?". One side of the wall hang the sentences reported by men and on the other side those reported by women or non-binary people. The collection of testimonies took place through direct interviews or text-messages, but also through the selection of comments from unknown users on the web.
The public is invited to touch the small sheets and experience their effect on themselves. Being made of cotton, they are destined to fray with each new touch until they disappear over time.
